Empowering Healing Through Personalized Care
Drawing from her 17+ years of healthcare experience, Heidi envisioned NeuroMed as a bridge between traditional evidence-based treatments and holistic wellness approaches. She believes that true healing happens when the mind and body are treated as one, and that every individual deserves personalized care tailored to their unique experiences and needs.
NeuroMed was founded on the principle that mental health is about addressing the causes of illness, managing symptoms, and empowering individuals to reclaim their lives. This mission continues to guide every aspect of the clinic today.
Heidi Pharand-Joven, RN/NP, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in mental health and addiction care. A Vision for Transformative Healing
Heidi Pharand-Joven’s journey to founding NeuroMed was deeply personal. Early in her career as a Nurse Practitioner, she encountered individuals struggling with untreated trauma, addiction, and chronic mental health challenges, often feeling lost in a system that prioritized quick fixes over lasting healing. Witnessing these gaps firsthand, she was driven to create a space where mental health care would be comprehensive, compassionate, and truly transformative.
